Membership in IRLY Distributors Ltd. involves the purchase of one common
"A" voting share at a cost of $1 and a membership franchise fee of $2,500.
This voting share gives each member an equal say in determining the current policies and future direction of the organization. Only IRLY Building Centre members can be represented on the Board of Directors.
The franchise fee covers the costs associated with the inauguration of a new dealer including:

grand opening kit.
- complete bin labeling program with 3 days of
merchandising assistance.

registration of security documents.

implementation of gross margin retail price program for store customized retail price tickets.
After one year of membership, the IRLY Building Centre dealer can purchase one common
"B" voting share at a cost of $1.
This share allows the member to participate separately in the increasing market value of the property
owned by IRLY Distributors Ltd.
